About The Chubby Chilli

Founded in the midst of the global pandemic, The Chubby Chilli is the brainchild of our founder, Cedric Johnson. After finding his passion for cooking, and a love for a good hot sauce, he embarked on this journey of creating the perfect hot sauce. Cedric spent 2 years working on our original sauce and changed and tweaked it constantly before finally settling on a good base. It was then given to friends, family and colleagues, and further perfected using feedback from the people around us.


Our hot sauce is made-by-hand, by us and is made using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. We are passionate about good food and nothing compliments good food better that The Chubby Chilli Hot Sauce. Versitile, fresh, preservative and additive free, our Hot sauce is best used with everything!


Joined by Jonathan in 2022, we have been able to push our hot sauce to the public, with feedback that has blown us away!

Both Cedric and Jonathan are family orientated people and proud Dads. With our family’s involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, it has always been of utmost importance that the way we run our business should reflect what is and will be expected of them as adults, instilling honesty, integrity and compassion into them.
